Why are your booths better than the competitors?
That is an easy one. Our booths are professionally manufactured by a company with over 3,000 booths throughout the world. They are state-of-the-art with a 15 inch LCD screen, 2 printers, and the best camera money can buy. Not to mention, we provide 3 different outputs (see Sample page). The other guys? We're pretty sure they built theirs in their parent's basement.
Okay. Your booths are clearly the best. But will it fit at my event?
I'm glad you asked! The answer is YES. Our photo booths are one of the few that are completely portable. It can be taken up stairs, elevators, and placed about anywhere you need it.
Will someone be there to help?
Yes. A trained, full-time attendant will be there to assist your guests with the booth and scrapbook during the event.
How many pictures do we get?
Unlimited. Your guests may go through the photo booth as many times as they would like. They will receive their photo strips a few seconds after exiting the booth.
What output types are available?
Foto Fun Strips, Foto Cubes and Foto Portraits are available. Please see the Samples page for details.
Do the guests receive a copy of the Foto Fun Strips? Do I get a copy?
Each time your guests use the photo booth, two identical Foto Strips are printed. Guests can choose to keep both or post one in your scrapbook.
How long do I have to wait for the print to come out?
First Class Photo Booths uses digital technology. Your prints will be ready in under 30 seconds.
What is the custom photo scrapbook and how does it work?
We provide a high quality scrapbook. Our photobooth host will have a table set up with writing and cutting tools. He/she will assist your guests, as needed, with posting one or more photos onto the guestbook pages. Your guests can then inscribe a personal message to you alongside their photos. It's great casual fun and will be both hysterical and heartwarming to look back on years from now. Many people prefer this over the traditional guestbook.
How does the photo booth provide favors for guests?
A personalized logo can be designed and printed on all the photos. Your guests will actually want to keep and display these photos. With the photobooth, your guest will be creating the favors themselves, as many as they like, and have a great time doing it.
Can we get a copy of the images taken by the digital photobooth on a disk?
Yes all photobooth rentals include a CD or DVD of all the photos taken at high resolution. All photos will also be posted on our Online Gallery for guests to enjoy.
Do you charge a delivery fee? How far will you travel?
We do not charge a delivery fee. We will deliver to Chicago and the suburbs. We have worked all throughout Chicagoland, so please feel free to call if you have any questions.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes we are fully insured, but we have never run into an issue where we needed it.
What happens if there is a mechanical problem with the booth?
Our booths are contractually guaranteed to run 80% of the time. They occasionally need paper and supplies replenished, otherwise they work non stop. We have never had to cancel an event for technical issues.
What is needed to reserve a photo booth?
A signed contract and a $200 deposit.
